Kyle Herrington, Co-Founder, begins
his career in the financial services sector in 1989

H&H Associates is born in 1994; first cousins, Kyle Herrington and Scott Hurlbut, become business partners, combining their experiences independently into a team effort. Offices are established in Horseheads, NY and Trumansburg, NY.

In 2005, Kyle is approached to be a mentor in the industry—to become a District Agent. This would lead to several Partners joining the H&H Family.
