She works closely with our financial advisors to ensure a seamless coordination of client needs, enabling our firm to deliver a comprehensive approach to financial planning. Her strong organizational and leadership skills make her an invaluable asset to our team.
EXPERIENCE & BACKGROUND
Samantha joined H&H Financial Group in 2020 as a Client Services Coordinator after relocating to Upstate New York from North Carolina. Her extensive role as a supervisor in the healthcare industry made her an excellent addition to our team, given her passion to help others. Her problem-solving ability and team approach contributed to her earning the responsibility of the Director of Client Services in the spring of 2021. As the Director, Samantha oversees our team’s workflow and is responsible for ensuring that all tasks are conducted in a timely fashion to maintain our standards of excellence.

PERSONAL PASSIONS & FAMILY
Samantha enjoys the four seasons of Upstate New York but misses the North Carolina heat. During her free time, Samantha loves spending time with her son and watching him play sports. She enjoys attending live music events and trying new restaurants, especially local breweries; her favorites are on Seneca Lake. She is at her happiest when spending quality time with friends and family on the patio on a hot summer day.
