As a Client Experience Specialist on the HHFG Team, Jenny plays a crucial role in ensuring a seamless and personalized experience for our valued clients. Jenny possesses a deep understanding of the intricacies involved in client service and relationship management. She recognizes that each client has unique needs and strives to provide tailored solutions that exceed expectations.
Jenny’s friendly and approachable nature creates a warm and welcoming atmosphere, making clients feel comfortable and valued from their very first interaction. She is adept at actively listening to clients, understanding their goals, and addressing any concerns they may have. She is meticulous in her attention to detail and works diligently to provide timely and accurate responses to client inquiries. She assists clients with various administrative tasks, including service-related inquiries and scheduling meetings between our Advisory Team and clients.
EXPERIENCE & BACKGROUND
Jenny came to the financial world after 22 years in the veterinary field. Jenny brought her very detailed office and time management skills from her previous roles as well as owning her own successful boarding kennel. Jenny dealt with clients and patients with the utmost compassion and provided exceptional client service skills.
Her primary responsibility at HHFG is to proactively contact our prospective and current clients to schedule appointments and to help prepare them for meeting with our advisors.
PERSONAL PASSIONS & FAMILY
Jenny and her husband own sixty acres in Ithaca, NY with farm crops planted on half of the land. She is an avid outdoorswoman and enjoys hiking and hunting on the family land. While Jenny has two grown sons and one still at home, they enjoy spending their time camping and riding their side by side for miles. Given Jenny’s history, you can imagine she has fur babies. All very spoiled, one goat, two pups - one is fifteen years young, one is four. She has three cats that she gave a second chance at life providing them a safe and happy environment. Jenny’s love for others and animals is part of what makes her so special.
